Position:
Head of Market Research
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult clients on project objectives and requirements.
- Formulate plans and present them to senior management or clients.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus groups.
- Technically sound in research, with experience across the entire spectrum of market research, including Segmentation, Trackers, Customer Experience, etc.
- Responsible for driving business growth, with demonstrated skills in acquiring new business.
- Manage current clients and market research projects.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (a Bachelor's degree in the same field is also required).
- 10-12 years of experience in business development and market research.
- Saudi or non-Saudi nationals.
- Expert proficiency in business acumen.
- Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Expert proficiency in identifying customer needs and targeting the right audience.

Salary Package
